BBQ MOBILE FOOD UNIT -This is our newest food
vending trailer for the concession industry. Not only will you attract the crowd
on the midway, but this is our most versatile trailer yet. It offers you the ability
to compete with full service concession trailers with only one trailer to pull. The
trailer is a full kitchen with all NSF equipment, ready to operate. The cooker mounted
on the back is a new 275 gallon drum (rolls smoke for a slow even cook) over 20 sq.
ft. of cooking area, 2-lp gas burners (heat range from low to 550 degrees), removable
charcoal tray allows you the option of cooking with lp or charcoal. Also unlike other
cookers, this gives you the diversity to cook a 200 lb. pig to a single chicken,
or anything in between. 2-side doors for easy access to coals or burners, 2 gas shocks
on lid for easy opening, high heat thermometer. Great for BBQ, ribs, turkey legs,
chicken or your favorite dish. Don't be overlooked again!
